- How do we make money?

A vast majority of the services and information that we provide are free of charge to the consumer.
However we make our revenues from charging modest fees to lenders and borrowers through MortgageExpert, the service where we match borrowers with lenders and process mortgage applications. We only receive payment when the transaction is successful and we have delivered.
We attract visitors using our free tools and services. We also assist mortgage, financial, and property professionals who have clients needing mortgage and property information or the assistance of MortgageExpert.
Where we refer visitors for insurance, credit searches, HIPs or conveyancing we may earn a small referral fee although these do not affect the price of the product or service provided.
At present Obligo does not host advertisers.
